• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) when you create an account, and the social sign-in identifiers you choose to link.
• Documents you upload: the files you submit for data extraction, and the structured results produced from them. These can contain personal data of the people the documents concern.
• Usage data: extraction jobs you run, credits purchased and consumed, and templates you save.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser user-agent when you sign in (used to show you your active sessions and detect misuse), and diagnostic logs.
• Analytics data: page views and interactions, collected through our analytics provider only after you consent (see the Cookies section).

• To provide the service: running your extraction jobs and showing you the results.
• To manage your account, credits and billing.
• To keep the service secure: rate limiting, session management, fraud and abuse prevention.
• To answer your support requests.
• To measure how the site is used, with your consent.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the extraction service and account features), where we have a legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention), with your consent (analytics), or where we are legally required (tax and accounting records for payments).

We use carefully selected providers that process data on our behalf:

• Our hosting provider (running the service and its infrastructure).
• Our document-extraction provider (processing the files you submit for extraction).
• Our object-storage provider (storing your uploaded documents).
• Our email-delivery provider (transactional emails: verification, password reset, security notices).
• Our analytics provider, only if you consent.
• Our payment provider, only if you make a purchase.

Upload only documents you are entitled to submit for processing, including any personal data of third parties they contain.

• Your uploaded documents and extraction results: until you delete them or close your account.
• Account data: for the life of your account.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
• Sign-in and security logs: for a limited period for security purposes.

You can access, export, correct or delete your personal data from your account page, or by contacting us at To be completed by the administrator (legal contact email). Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, you additionally have the right to restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawing an analytics consent is one click in the cookie settings.

• Strictly necessary: the sign-in session cookie (hde_rt). It keeps you signed in and cannot be disabled, because the service cannot work without it.
• Analytics (consent-based): cookies set by our analytics provider are loaded only after you accept in the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes are announced in the application.
