Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
By creating an account you agree to these terms. The version you accepted, and the moment you accepted it, are recorded with your account.
1. The service
The service extracts structured data from documents you upload, according to the field schema you define. Each processed page consumes one credit from your balance.
2. Your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract, and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; sign out of unused sessions from your account page.
- One person or organisation per account. Share access through the public API if you need automation, not by sharing credentials.
3. Acceptable use
- Upload only documents you are entitled to process, including any personal data of third parties they contain.
- Do not attempt to extract data you have no right to, attack the service, or circumvent usage limits.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.
4. Credits and payment
- Credits are prepaid and consumed per processed page. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
- Prices, packs and plans are shown at checkout and in the application; taxes, where applicable, are included or added as stated there.
5. Refunds and cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.
- Unconsumed credit packs are generally non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or the purchase was defective.
- To exercise a statutory right, contact us at the address in the Legal Notice.
6. Your content
Your documents remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them (and to pass them to our extraction provider for that purpose) solely to run the service. We do not use your documents for any other purpose.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss caused by inputs you control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the account page; your documents are deleted with it. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version; material changes are announced in the application. The version and date are at the top of this page.
11. Contact
The controller for your personal data is To be completed by the administrator (legal entity name). Contact: To be completed by the administrator (legal contact email).
